The city of Baldwin Park is hosting a series of workshops as it develops a community plan for the major downtown streets. Among the goals is to keep local dollars in Baldwin Park and also improve safety and walkability. St. John the Baptist Social Services is being asked to encourage the community and parishioners to attend.
