Kaiser Permanente Baldwin Park is offering a free 6-week class (in Spanish) for taking control and responsibility for your health and learning to deal with permanent conditions, including diabetes, heart conditions, high blood pressure, arthritis, asthma, and cholesterol.
Classes are held Mondays and Thursdays at 9:00-11:30 a.m. and 6:00-8:30 p.m.
