Immigration News Update

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) recently reached a legal agreement with a coalition of parties including the National Immigration Law Center regarding processing of citizenship applications. The agreement will speed up the process for citizenship approvals by ensuring FBI name checks are done in a more timely manner for those who have already applied and those applying in the future. For those who have applied and are awaiting approval, there is no need for any additional action.
