The Center for Foreclosure Solutions will be hosting a free foreclosure prevention fair on Saturday, March 6, 2010, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Baldwin Park Adult and Community Education Performing Arts Center (4640 N. Maine Avenue, Baldwin Park, CA 91706).

Bring:
-income documentation
-two (2) current pay stubs
-your most recent two years' W2s
-self-employed individuals must provide four months of the most recent bank statements and most recent tax return
-most recent mortgage statement and any other related correspondence
-most recent two (20 years' tax returns
-list of monthly expenses
